So... I just checked, and throughout all canonized scripture, know how many times the phrase "solemn mockery" is used? Yup - you guessed it. Once. And it happens to refer to the baptizing of children. For some reason, I think God dislikes this act a bit.
Verse 14 seems kind of harsh, but if a person has neither faith, nor hope, nor charity (for whatever reason) probably won't end up being worthy of salvation. As always, God is the judge.
...and then comes along verse 16 with, "Perfect Love casteth out all fear" Love it!
Verses 25 and 26 are simply beautiful. I've gotta frame em' and hang em' up somewhere in my home.
