All About What??
So, the month of June has been a great one for Advanced Budget Studios. Being a young company, we still have a long road before us to get where we want to be, but during the last 3 years we've been in business, I can tell you something important I've learned.
If you would have asked me when starting out, "What's the main point of all this? What are you really trying to do?", I would have told you something along the lines of it being about creating good music, or being able to make a living off of one of my greatest passions.
During this year, I have felt a shift taking place. Of course, if it weren't for music, I wouldn't be in business at all, and there is something to be said about putting food on the table, but it's kind of becoming apparent through all this that creating and fostering good working relationships is pretty darn important.
The people behind the music have some pretty amazing stories, and due to the relationships being made, my life is being enriched, and I hope my business and personal interactions with my clients is enriching their lives as well. I'm still trying to figure out how it all works, but slowly, things are becoming apparent as to what really is important in all this.
While relationships are becoming more and more important to this business, I've gotta say that if I have the chance to bring some great music to light as well, then... Let there be music!
