Sept. Overnighter
On Friday, around 4:00pm, Bill Hoopes and I took our teachers quorum up to camp out up Hobble Creek canyon.  It was pretty fun.  (This is going to be rather dry because I'm so tired)

Anyway...  We had a great time.  Kaiden, Jake, and Josh came with us to camp.  Bill brought his awesome dutch oven skills, and I brought, umm...  my hackey sack. *smile*

Anyway...  We set up camp, had some wonderful barbeque chicken with cheesy potatoes, and enjoyed some campfire goodness.

We shared our favorite scriptures and played a whole lot of cards.

We ended up going to bed around 1:30am, and waking up at 9 the following morning.

It was really good to be camping again.  I guess camping with little children is quite draining, and that's why I haven't liked it much lately.  Going with teenagers was just good old-fashioned fun.

Below are some pictures.

Bill Hoopes in all his glory.

Guess who.

Josh giving us his happy-joyful-smiley face.

Kaiden (I hope I'm not spelling his name wrong) enlightening us on the art of eating Mike 'n' Ike's.

Yes... Jake came too.  It's a good thing he did, or that man-eating badger right behind the cameraman would have eaten us all.
