Nothing really jumped out and grabbed me for this chapter.
I liked how Nephi was seemingly fiercely loved by his people. I wish we had a president today like that. Seems like politics in general now has nothing to do with what is best for the country. It's all about backstabbing, getting rich, and furthering agendas. I would have voted wholeheartedly for Nephi to have been king of this nation. hehe... and that brings us directly back to Mosiah 29.
Anyway...
The last verse was always a scary one for me, too. Basically saying that if we don't take our stewardships seriously, we could be damned for it. I've got to keep thinking, though, that we are judged in a large part by the knowledge we have, so... As long as I keep striving to do my own personal best, it'll be good enough.
