I just got up from a nap I was taking due to my going to bed at 4:00am this morning and the first words my wife told me after coming up stairs was "President Hinckley died a few hours ago."

I'm not one to get upset at death.  For some reason, I've never had a problem with people dying.  The one thought which makes this even easier to take is that he is now with his wife, who he loves so dearly.

It will be interesting to see how the events unfold from here on out.

President Hinckley was the prophet who, in my opinion, got out to the world personally and through the media, made people aware of the LDS faith, the most.

I'll definitely miss hearing him speak.  He always made me smile and warmed my heart with his words.
