My Wife Says......
Some very interesting things to me when I ask her "Hmm.... What should I write about today?" She suggests that I write about my undying love for her. Well... If that isn't obvious, I'm obviously not myself. Anyway....

Tonight we went on a date, and it was a good date. We were with Scott and Alison (and Steve, who never showed up..... poop-on-a-stick).. We went to Sizzler for dinn-dinn and then went to see a movie called "The Chronicles of Narnia". What a great movie.

Now, I'm no movie critic, but I've gotta say. I loved that show. Whenever I find a show that has fundamental principles in place and a great story, I get sucked in almost immediately. I loved Star Wars (great polar opposites for good and evil, finding good in evil, and of course, good defeating evil), I loved The Green Mile (Miracles happening in a *very* unlikely place and self sacrifice), and others.

Narnia had some really, really good lines in it about the fundamental principle of what makes good and evil. No matter what type different movies use for the good or evil, I find the defining point of good vs. evil quite intriguing - because most of the movies made now days have nothing to do with good vs. evil, or they portray it in a way as to dilute it. Narnia defines it quite well. Self-Sacrifice, legends, children being kings (biblical).... etc... etc... I just liked the show.

And now I'm getting tired, so I better shut up...

...before I say something about the undying love I have for my wife.

:)
