*AMAZING* video - "Everything"
As some of you know, in addition to running this site, I also run a site called ldscompanion.org

Today, I was rummaging through some of the artwork submitted by my users, when I found this piece.

The artwork is well-done, and presents a Biblical message as well as a URL.  Well...  Not being familiar with the URL, I decided to see what it was all about.

Upon arriving at the website, I immediately knew it was a "Christian" based website, and considered deleting the artwork.

I scrolled down the page, and found a video embedded in the site, and decided to watch it.

Now I believe to have a pretty open mind about certain things, and a very closed mind about certain things.  One thing I have a very open mind about is art.  To me, in my opinion, It doesn't matter where it comes from, or who made it.  If the artwork is beautiful - it is beautiful.  If it is distasteful, it is distasteful.  If it is offensive, it is offensive.  Doesn't matter who made it.

Some people would consider something created from a relgion which has some heated disagreements with theirs, automatically not worth viewing or listening to.

Well... I'm so glad my open mind prevailed in this instance.

The video I watched was ........  I'm left speechless at trying to find a word.

It connected with me on such a deep level, about 2/3 of the way through the video, I wept openly.  I couldn't control the sobbing as tears flowed down my cheeks.

Please watch it.  It can do you nothing but good.

Yes.... I know it's made by people who aren't of the LDS faith, nevertheless....

...It is simply beautiful.

I am happy you met the challenge and viewed the video. It is very powerful and I weep each time I watch it too. It strikes a chord with the most intimate part of our soul, that another would care enough to intervene on our behalf despite any choices we may have made. It is the ultimate love, unconditional and without judgment, something no human can give, only God. Thanks be to the son of God, Christ Jesus and his finished work upon the cross. That those who are genuine soul seekers may find a solution which has been provided.

Thank you for your words, Pastor Ray.

Since viewing the video, I have showed numerous family members and friends and all of them, so far, have watched in disbelief, followed by tears, as the video confirms something deep within their souls.

The truth of Jesus Christ and his all-consuming love for each and every one of us regardless of the sins which we may have committed, is illustrated so powerfully by this video (great acting, great message, great story, great song).  Anyone who watches it, and has felt Christ's love, is bound to be moved by its message.

All we need to do is seek Him, and he will be our all-powerful advocate.

Thank you once again, Pastor.
