Financial Decisions...
Okay... I keep on runing into these people who have learned what I want to learn.
About a year ago, I met a guy named Rick Koerber and he seemed like a normal guy. About 6 months later, I find out he's a freaking multi-millionarie. I also find out that he teaches how he did it, and so I learn about it. It seems really legit, so I join his academy. I quit about 2 months later for stupid reasons....
Well, about an hour ago, we went to check on a house that was built by a guy who wants to build our bathroom downstairs, just to check his work. It turns out that the house is occupied by a guy who does the same thing as Rick does. He started learning about it a year ago, did his first deal 6 months ago, and now has doubled his income and is living in a house that appraises for $500,000.00.
I've got to do something about learning about this crud. I'm fairly certain I will. It's sort of scary, but... I've gotta do it. I know I'll regret it if I don't. Anyway... Gotta run. Husband duties call. :)
